Kristin Laurel
Kristin Laurel has been employed as a nurse for over thirty-five years. Much of her work is semi-autobiographical, thus any identifying information of patients in her nursing stories have been fictionalized. Kristin studied poetry at The Loft Literary Center (MPLS) where she completed the Master Track Program. Her work can be found in Chautauqua, The Portland Review, Water Stone Review and others. Her poetry has been featured on NPR and she is the author of Giving Them All Away (Evening Street Press, 2012) and Questions about the Ride (Main Street Rag, 2019).
